Meet Our Team

Zach Pavlosky has over 10 years of experience as Director, V.P. Corporate Development and other transactional roles at several boutique investment banks in Washington, D.C. and California.  He has a successful track record of providing M&A advisory, capital raising, and strategic advisory services to clients in a number of industries, including tech, transportation/logistics, healthcare, cannabis, financial services, asset management, and advanced manufacturing. His desire to focus on the emerging cannabis, hemp and psychedelics industries, and belief in the long-term growth prospects of these businesses, is what brought him to Viridian Capital. Zach is a CFA charter holder since 2018, and holds the FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses. He graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-Medicine and lives with his wife and son in Annapolis, Maryland.
