He has worked, hands on, with many public and private companies to successfully overcome challenges or unlock opportunities. Terry is currently, the CEO of a multi-state cannabis operator working to monetizing their investment portfolio while optimizing retained operations. He previously turned around and significantly expanded a vertically integrated Colorado based cannabis company, nearly double sales and achieving34 points of operating margin. Terry is a driven operator, whether it's implementing systems, redesigning processes, or getting companies ready for a capital event. In just 18 months, he led the opening of a dispensary, a cultivation, the acquisition of an extraction facility, and a complete management restructure. He also worked with a leading cannabis fertigation supplier to prepare them for a potential IPO, overseeing Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance and Accounting covering multiple countries.
Terry started his career in public accounting in Deloitte’s Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice. At Deloitte, Terry led multiple business transformation projects, garnering extensive M&A, SEC, forensic, and Sarbanes experience. Terry served as the vice president of finance and global chief accounting officer for Hitachi Vantara, a $5Bsubsidiary of Hitachi responsible for 52 countries. He was the VP of Finance and Chief Audit Executive (CAE) for Arrow Electronics, a $24B Fortune130 global technology company responsible for 54 countries.
