Ms. Johnson-Miller has been an active investor in the global debt and private equity marketplaces for more than 30 years managing over $3.5 billion in global investments. As an experienced Board member for 21 companies, Ms. Johnson-Miller possesses a solid understanding of private equity investments and has a proven successful track record of creating and growing shareholder value.
Ms. Johnson-Miller is currently the Chief Investment Officer of Pacific Gate Capital Management, a fund that is focused on U.S. private credit investments. She leads the investment team for manager due diligence, investment due diligence, and is actively engaged in the capital raising efforts for the fund. Most noteworthy, Ms. Johnson-Miller has successfully approved capital allocations to 3 US private debt funds, who combined, manage over $30.0 billion in assets under management.
In her past, Ms. Johnson-Miller cofounded Relativity Capital, a $205 million private equity fund that focused on leveraged buyout investments in both distressed and healthy companies. Relativity invested in a broad range of industries including aerospace and defense, consumer, and industrial sectors. She successfully raised $205 million of assets that were managed by the fund and exited 3 private equity investments.
